Rude and unprofessional interpreter, seems to have a bad morning and the interpreter seems to allow it to affect their professionalism. Spoke with one of manager and he was very pushy and spoke very negatively about other VRS providers, and trying to give me reasons to use ZVRS instead of other providers in negative ways.

I am willing to give VRS service another chance because I know one interpreter is not accurate representation of the service in whole, but I am not happy with managements of Z!VRS

best service so far, interpreter answered my call quickly every time. Z340 and Zpc100 is one of best product that i've used so far.

CSDVRS is the best service that I've used in the last 7 years. I'm constantly impressed with the skill of their interpreters and knowing that CSDVRS has only certified interpreters. I will always use them and can't wait for their new VP's to become available!! I reserved mine, have you?

The Interpreter did do an outstanding job!!! I defintely use CSDVRS once again and again. It goes very well.
