I just did not like the video service with 4G when I download the software and it was blurry image to me.

Sprint Relay provide Professional and Superb Quality of Services! I was impressed with the VI Agent who performed VRS-VCO professionally and the loan officer that I called didn't even noticed that I was using the Relay Service since I was using my own voice. The conversation with the loan officer went very smooth without any issues. In Addition, I returned their call after they used my own personal 800 number from Sprint Relay and they left a SprintVRS mail with wonderful and clear video messages performed by exceptional agent VI #147.

Fastest service I've had using VRS. I've tried others and found that Sprint Relay VRS was fastest to use. I strongly recommend others to try using Sprint Relay. They always have something new coming out for us! I use Sprint Relay VRS on a daily basis and look forward to when they come out with personal 800 nbrs without extension!
